Senior Software Engineer, Frontend February 2016 – January 2019

  • Architected, designed, built, and launched a transition of the proprietary Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) from Ruby on Rails 4.1 to Angular 1.5. This included design docs, user studies, deployment using Capistrano, Puppet, and Jenkins, and training for other engineers.
  • Developed new features for biologists using Angular 1.5.

Senior Web Architect October 2011 – January 2016

  • Implemented the initial processes for development and release management for DocuSign web properties.
  • Manage LAMP development for and e-commerce system. Conducted code reviews, created processes, and collaborated with product owners.
  • Managed cloud servers and owned devops.
  • Worked cross-functionally on the ecommerce functionality on the product team (in Node.js).
  • Hired and trained a complete team of developers.

  • Rewrote large portions of internal person-search application in order to advance functionality and organization
